Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1110466128 2005-03-04 Final Restoration No Violations Attempted to locate this well in order to release bond. Old records indicated there had been a change of location due to proposed mining. During this inspection I inspected both locations but found no evidence of a well. I discussed the matter with John Eppley, Consol. Coal, and he had no recollection of this site. Inspector Mike Kavage recalled the well had been plugged several years ago, may have been plugged by Mine Insp. Lou Grey. We do not have a plugging report on file. At this point I have determined the well does not exist, it was probably plugged but Grey did not submit a plugging report. I will pass the final restoration at this time.
