0594797230 2016-10-04 Production Wells Violations Noted I was accompanied by Inspector Eric Conrad on this inspection. The inspection revealed that this well is equipped with a 4 1/2 inch diameter well head, 1 1/2 inch diameter production tubing, and 2 inch diameter plastic production lines that are not connected and folded back into the pumping unit. The well head also had a pressure gauge on it for domestic use. The pumping unit motor had its drive pulley laying on the ground near the motor. The tank battery was only 22 feet away from the well head and was causing pollution along the hill side. The source of the contamination was from a valve on the lower tank where it looks like a horse may have kicked open the valve.
0942229154 2016-12-30 Production Wells No Violations The inspection today revealed that this well is equipped with a pumping unit, 7 inch diameter casing is exposed at the surface, a 4 1/2 inch diameter wellhead, 1 1/2 inch diameter production tubing, and 2 inch diameter steel plastic and production lines. The two inch diameter black plastic line near the top of the wellhead is bent back and not hooked up to anything. The lower half of the wellhead has 2 inch steel production lines equipped with a pressure gauge and a pressure regulator. The valves on this line are open at the time of inspection and a yellow 2 inch diameter plastic production line look to be leading to the nearby house. There are two (2) 100 barrel steel tanks near the well. The one closest to the fence is not hooked up to anything and the other one is not connected as well. There are no issues to report at this time and this well is in use for domestic purposes.

1758839830 2018-03-15 Production Wells No Violations I was on location today to do a field inspection on this well. This well is used for domestic use. At this time the well appears to be hooked up for house gas. There is a pumping unit on this well with rods and tubing in it. There are no violations to report.
