1351701423 2012-10-31 Production Wells No Violations Historic Production well (HP) inspection. Well is currently incapable of producing due to disabled pump jack with no motor on location. Well was found with 7, 4 1/2 casing and rods and tubing. Rod was disconnected from pumpjack. All valves were shut off. There was a gas regulator with broken gauge and one 100 barrel tank. There was a 2 transmission line heading back up to road. No ID on tank or pump jack. Pictures were taken of well location. I will attempt to make contact with landowner through courthouse records to determine ownership.
1379693436 2013-09-20 Production Wells No Violations Historic Production well (HP) inspection. Please see previous inspection for well head coordinates. At this time Roger Stright has painted to 100 bbl tanks up off of SR 377 and posted an identification. I followed the newly laid production lines from the tanks way back into the woods to a historic well location I had visited in October 2012. He has removed the old pumpjack and hooked up a newer one to the well, which is currently not in production. The old 100bbl tank is still adjacent to the wellhead. The flow lines are disconnected in several places between the well and tank battery. He is also replaces sections of old line with new. Roger has posted the incorrect name and permit number on the id and has not had the well transferred into his name. I will contact him to let him no of the issues.
1792398944 2015-04-02 Production Wells No Violations Roger Stright was out at the tank battery and stated he was still trying to get the well in production. He still has not corrected the ownership and identification issues. I gave him the correct well information to post on the tank and he said he would take care of the issue. He has a good identification; however he has wrong permit number. He stated he has the well on his bond but it is still showing up as historic owner.
