I will call Coleman Brothers and let them know of the violations and talk with inspector Cindy Van Dyke to gather more information. Well needs to produce or be plugged and needs ID posted on location. Well needs to be added to Coleman Brothers bond. |

This well is idle, has plug in tubing and is not leaking, tank and well very overgrown - has not produced in many years. Landowner wants NOV. 4/2/12 - Donald is asking for extension as needs to place culvert across stream to get to this well. He plans to have it producing by summer and has acquired insurance and will send to Columbus so he can add wells to his bond. Extension granted. |
