0065402788 2019-04-16 Orphan No Violations I noticed this casing sticking out of the ground in an open field located off of Pounds Rd while doing another field inspection. After getting the gps coordinates from the location I came up with this permit number. The well has 5 inch diameter casing sticking out of the ground and is open to the atmosphere. The well is filled to the surface with appears to be rain water. There are no bubbles at the surface so the well is not leaking. I could not tell if this well was plugged and never cut off or needs to be plugged. I will refer the well to the idle and orphan program.
