1079788530 | 2014-10-27 | Field Inspected, Well Not Found | No Violations | This was a landowner inspection request. Max Miller asked me to inspect three wells on his property that were operated at one time by Bob Woodyard. I could not find the wellhead at the RBDMS coordinates however there was an old engine and shackle line remnants. The area was overgrown with vegetation and there was old broken production lines and equipment strewn all over the area. There is an old 100 bbl tank associated with these wells down at the bottom of hill by the road. |
1395671056 | 2014-03-17 | Administrative Inspection | No Violations | Following my field inspection of this property, I researched leases at the Morgan Co. courthouse and found a Release of Lease from Robert Woodyard, a bonded operator in Ohio. I found no original lease, but this Release states that he is the owner of the lease. This well cannot be put into the Orphan Well Program, instead Mr. Woodyard needs to add them to his bond. |
1749971575 | 2014-03-11 | Orphan | No Violations | My inspection this day is to enter wells into the Orphan Well Program, as requested by the mineral owner, Morgan-Schofield, LLC. This well is found to be idle with 1 diameter rods, 2 3/8 diameter tubing and 5.5 diameter production casing. There is an old scissor pumping unit nearby and the wellhead has 2 ports, one open and one closed. There is no petroleum odor or leakage. All 3 wells were pumped from shackle lines thet were attached to a central power, which is still on location. Available records show that this well was drilled in 1952 to a total depth of 492 deep and production was 5 barrels of oil per day. Pictures taken, SEM is 106. |
