1312176146 2017-06-02 Orphan No Violations Accompanied Eric Conrad on follow up inspection with I&O Inspector Cindy VanDyke.
1915441809 2017-06-02 Orphan No Violations My inspection found a well with 7.25 inch casing, open to the atmosphere with a 4 port wellhead and 3 ports closed. The well was not leaking fluids or gas and it had a 5-foot long piece of 2.375-inch tubing lying across the wellhead. The well was calculated to have fluids about 600 down, estimated by dropping a rock down inside the casing. The well is located @ three-quarters of a mile south off Mercer Rd., County Rd. 87 down a very poorly maintained lease road that is badly eroded. Records show the well drilled in the 1950s to 572 and the well has not been produced in a very long time. Pictures taken, SEM is 73.
1987249344 2015-10-08 Orphan No Violations On my inspection today I was accompanied by Inspector Shreve. Upon arrival we found the well head has 7 casing sticking out of the ground and had about 6 of tubing laying across it. We found that about 555 of tubing was removed from the well and it is incapable of production. We will be in contact with Inspector VanDyke to see what further action we will take on this well.
2045207239 2015-05-07 Orphan No Violations Old well with 6.625casing that has been opened up and tagged with tools to approximately 500 with Doug Kitchen and the Kilbarger rig. Doug Kitchen does not own this well. This will be filed as idle and orphan.
