0000526996 2015-10-22 Plug / Plug Back No Violations 10/22/2014-Wrights well service has moved on the hole and ran 2.375 tubing in to 2,469 and Formation Cementing set a 200 bottom plug. The tubing was pulled and the 4.5 ripped at 722 -one 4.5 joint was pulled and a 200 plug set, the 4.5 was pulled and a 200 surface plug was set. The well was never perforated-stimulated or put into production after being drilled and no slotted casing was ran.

Wright Well Service drilled out the cement packer last night and is currently tripping in the hole with 2.375 tubing to spot cement plugs.

Well was spudded on 10-05-2012.

Well bore making water that was encountered in the Big Injun @ Approximately 1200, 2 water trucks hauling water off. Proposed TD is 2500. Driller says they should TD around 5 pm. Inspection of 4.5 production casing noted that the casing was used but stenciled as being pressure tested to 4400 PSI.
