The pit is substantial to contain all drilling fluids. Set 22of 11open hole and pulled 22of 9 5/8casing. Set 1215of 8 3/4open hole. Set 1184 of 17lb/ft 7casing.Good returns. Red was from 900-1170.
0682046669 2011-04-20 Completion Testing No Violations Beck called on short notice telling me they are fracing this afternoon and tomorrow. This day doing Gordon Sand with perfs from 2998-2629 - not all of this but sections. Acid was dumped in the Fall - 200 gall of 20% HCl and swabbed off. Today, fracing with 190 sks sand, 3280 bbl water (taken from Ohio River). Well treated at 2700 psi and 48 bbl/min. Shut in at 1500#. Will flow back all night, then use water again for Berea frac on 4/21/11. 4/21-Weir/Berea was fracted this day. 2349-2494. Well treated with 500 gal 20% HCl, 1900 bbl water, no sand. Well broke down at 2325#, treated at 2500#, shut in at 1550#. Used Quantabs to check 2 fract tanks containing 1-1.5 of fresh water from the frac. - tested clean and operator was allowed to slowly drain water on the ground so as to remove tanks this day - big rain coming. 3rd tank tested bad and they were told to haul water from it before moving.
0861805345 2010-11-06 Completion Testing No Violations On this day of inspection at 10:30am arrived on location. Jet wireline was on location. They just got done running a correlation log. They were getting ready to make three runs in to perforate casing in bottom. We ran into problems with not firing all charges. We had to make additional runs. Universal was at location at 12:00noon.I told ray he needed a frac valve .We are not pumping a breakdown through a 600psi brass valve. Break down pressure is at 2800psi.Armstrong brought a frac valve.at 3:00pm.At 4:00pm JT Wireline is leaving location and universal is getting ready to hook up to well head.2800 psibreakdown pressure.Displaced with 32bbl of water.
0905945115 2010-10-26 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On day of inspection stopped at rig to check status. Rig still drilling almost to 2700.Talked with Kerry Brown and he stated that he would be cementing 4 1/2casing at 7:00pm.Beck will open hole log.
1652133602 2016-02-16 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Preliminary Restoration status check inspection found the following equipment at the well head 4.5 production casing -1.5 production tubing and pumping rods with the production valves in the open position and the well set up to be produced by the means of pumping unit. 2-100 barrel production tanks are located inside an established dike area along with a mechanical separator and gas sales meter with a current sales chart inside the meter. Proper well identification is posted.
