1545936411 2014-11-20 Production Wells No Violations Visited location on 11/20/2014 to ensure that proper well identification had been posted at the wellhead as requested after a previous inspection. The well is equipped with a pump jack with a hitmiss motor. No well identification is posted at the wellhead as required. Andrew King with King Drilling was notified of this in the field later in the afternoon, and he will address it promptly. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
1927783818 2005-03-28 Production Wells No Violations Requested by Jim Herrington. Well is equipped with pump jack, rods and tubing. 2-100 barrel tanks and separator in battery. Well is pumped with a natural gas motor and in production.
2109127874 2014-05-08 Production Wells No Violations Inspected production well on 05/08/2014. The tank battery consists of 2-100 bbl steel tanks and 2-vertical separators within an earthen dike. A small leak was noted at the bottom of the front tank. The tank battery is used by multiple wells; identification is posted for all wells utilizing it. The well is equipped with a pump jack with a gas-powered motor. No identification is posted at the wellhead. Andrew King with King Drilling was notified of the small leak and identification issue and will address it as soon as possible. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
