0502772092 2014-09-24 Plug / Plug Back No Violations Arrived on location on 09/24/2014 to witness plugging operations. Thompson Well Service was already rigged up; rigged up Petroset. Waited on water truck. Bullheaded in bottom plug with no problems. Ripped production casing at 2,400. Pulled 3 joints and set the Big Lime/Oriskany plug, then set Berea and surface plugs. Circulation was established prior to setting these plugs. Top of cement stayed at ~6 below top of casing. Will be closing pit, digging around wellhead, and cutting it off Thursday 09/25/2014.

Company did not notify Division of spill. He advised a representative would br there today to diaper the oil in wetland and repair the leak.
