0141295564 2013-05-22 Production Wells No Violations The well is fenced, equipped with a pump jack, rods and tubing. The well is in production. ID posted.
0794112193 2015-07-07 Production Wells No Violations Inspected production well on 07/07/2015. The tank battery consists of 5-100 bbl steel tanks, 1-2,100 gal plastic tank, and 1-vertical separator located within an earthen dike. The diked area is located within a locked metal fence. The tank battery is used by multiple wells (6); well identification is posted for all wells utilizing it. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor located within a locked metal fence. Well identification is posted at the wellhead as required. No problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
1364324124 2013-03-20 Production Wells No Violations I inspected this well and found one pump jack with a natural gas powered motor on the wellhead. There were gauges installed on the tubing and on the casing, but I was not able to access them due to the well being enclosed with a locked gate. No leaks were seen on the wellhead or on the adjacent piping around the wellhead. There was a small pressurized steel tank that was plumbed off of the casing and was apparently used to inject well chemicals or methanol into the natural gas line that was leading from the casing to the motor on the pump jack. The wellhead and pump jack were enclosed with a steel chain link barbed wire fence with a locked access gate and an identification sign was posted on the front section of the fence. The area within the fence and outside of the fence was nicely maintained and an earthen dike surrounded the entire well. The tank battery contained five 100 bbl. steel oil storage tanks, one 50 bbl. plastic brine storage tank, one vertical oil and gas separator unit, two gas sales pipe runs each with an enclosed gas sales chart recorder and three drip assemblies. The entire tank battery was enclosed with a steel chain link barbed wire fence with two locked access gates. The proper identification sign was posted on the front section of the fence. No leaks were seen on the tanks or on the piping within the tank battery. The dike was in good shape and the area within and around the tank battery was well maintained. It was determined that this tank battery handles production for the Firestone #1-#6 wells.
