0216305063 2014-05-19 Production Wells Violations Noted Inspected production well on 05/19/2014. The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank and 1-vertical separator located within a shallow earthen dike. The well is equipped with a T, gauge, and plug. No identification is posted at either the tank battery or the wellhead. Research into the production history of the well showed that no production has ever been filed, therefore the well must be plugged.
