Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0597687209 2017-06-21 Production Wells No Violations Conducted a follow-up inspection to confirm if the access route is dry enough to access backyard without rutting up the yard. I called landowner Mr. Kleinholz to advise him that I would be calling the Operator Patton Drilling to get contractor scheduled time for the remedial action to take place.
1485195382 2017-01-09 Production Wells No Violations I conducted a site inspection and met with Mr. Klenholz. He proceeded to show me the impound (measurements 20 feet by 15 feet by 3-foot-deep), which is located approximately 220 feet to the south east of the back porch. Further inspection found a pile of 1 inch diameter cable, which was half buried along the south west side of the impound. There was also a steel barrel that was along the west side of the impound. A visual inspection of the fluid within the impound found no visible impact due to crude oil contamination. Meeting schedule for the well owner and contractor to see site on 01-11-2017.
1485355377 2017-01-11 Production Wells No Violations A follow-up inspection was conducted with contractors Braden McVicker of Mac Oil Field Services and Billy Patton of WH Patten Drilling. We met with the landowner and reviewed site. I used the location from the plat to find the approximate location of the well. The location is about 60 feet to the east of the porch in the open yard. I advised Billy Patten that the cable and the barrel within the impound would have to be removed. He said that will be done . He also said that he would level out the dike along the eastern section of the impound so it will not hold surface runoff.

Mr. Klenholz has agreed with the work that was discussed above.

The site work will be done when the ground freezes or dries up.

1499347629 2017-06-29 Final Restoration No Violations Conducted a follow-up inspection to witness the removal cable and a barrel. Landowner plans to use hay to cover disturbed areas.

Complaint case number #5495 Final Restoration approved
