0770421860 2015-09-21 Production Wells No Violations Inspected production well on 09/21/2015. The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank located within an earthen dike and 3/4 of a wooden privacy fence. The tank battery is used by multiple wells (4); well identification is clearly displayed for all wells utilizing it. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor. A small compressor is located nearby. Well identification is posted at the wellhead as required. No problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
0968405010 2013-08-13 Production Wells No Violations This is a pump jack well. No apparent problems at time of inspection.
1037744320 2014-05-08 Production Wells No Violations Inspected production well on 05/08/2014. The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank within an earthen dike. The diked area is located within 3/4 of a wooden fence. A small leak was noted at the front of the tank, which will need to be addressed as soon as possible, as the tank battery is located within the Sharon Community Park. The tank battery is used by multiple wells; identification is posted for all wells utilizing it, but only one permit number is listed. The well is equipped with a pump jack with a gas-powered motor. A compressor station is located nearby. No identification is posted at the wellhead. Andrew King with King Drilling was notified of the small leak and identification issue and will address it as soon as possible. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
1258754259 2009-07-28 Production Wells No Violations No violations. Well is located in Sharon Center park. Pump jack, rods and tubing. 1-100 barrel tank in battery.
1351709853 2012-10-30 Production Wells No Violations I inspected this well and found one pump jack with electric motor on the wellhead. A gauge on the casing showed a pressure of 40 psi. I could not determine the pressure on the tubing as there was no gauge installed. There was an excessive amount of grease on the stuffing box and the limestone area beneath the wellhead had some oil staining. No visible leaks were detected on the wellhead or piping. The area around the well was well maintained and a chain link fence with gate surrounded the well. The tank battery contained one 100 bbl steel oil storage tank and no other production equipment. The dike was in good shape and the tank battery area was well maintained. The tank battery was surrounded on three sides with a wooden privacy fence. The front side was open and there was no gate. No visible leaks were seen on or around the storage tank. The proper identification signage was displayed on the tank. This tank battery also handles production for the Sullivan #2, Sullivan #3 and the Sullivan #4 wells.
1361469589 2013-02-21 Production Wells No Violations I inspected this well and found one pump jack with electric motor on the wellhead. The pressure on the tubing was 22 psi. and the pressure on the casing was 20 psi. There was a small skid mounted electric powered compressor unit plumbed into the well and the entire wellhead assembly was well concealed behind some tall bushes at the entry to a commercial parking lot. A blue plastic 55 gal. drum was installed next to the compressor to catch liquids that came from an attached drip assembly. The drum appeared to have approx. 8 in. of fluid in it. No leaks were detected on the wellhead or adjacent piping and the area around the well was nicely maintained. The tank battery contained one 100 bbl. steel oil storage tank with the proper identification sign posted on it and no other production equipment. The earthen dike was in good shape and the tank battery was enclosed on three sides with a tall wooden privacy fence. The area within and around the tank battery was well maintained. It was determined that this tank battery also handles production for the Sullivan #2, #3 and #4 wells.
1725160436 2014-11-20 Production Wells No Violations Visited location on 11/20/2014 to ensure that proper well identification had been posted at the wellhead as requested after a previous inspection. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor; a compressor station is located nearby. Proper well identification is clearly displayed at the wellhead as required. No problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
