Met M & R Pumper Leroy Bender onsite. There is no access to the well, which is located ~500 out in a swamp and is likely under water. Walked as far as the drip, which has been disconnected, and lies on the edge of the swamp. Mr. Bender verified the general location of the well, which corresponds to the coordinates listed in RBDMS. The well has not met current minimum production requirements since 1998, nor is there any intention to produce from the well in the future. The well must be plugged. |

On 05-16-2016 Phone call to Megan De Lisi: To update status well has always been in production but problem is there was no meter to measure the naturel gas being used. When Columbia Gas Transmission operated well they estimated the production by using pressure from the well. Megan will talk with Scott Kell to change the plugging order to a Compliance Agreement to put a meter on flow line. |
