0181509622 2018-01-30 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to document the status of identification at well #2-2412. At the time of my inspection identification was posted at the well head power box. No further action is necessary.
0509946309 2009-06-30 Production Wells No Violations I GPSd both the wellhead and the tank battery for the first time. I continued my walk around the tank battery and the wellhead and found that there were no violations at this time.
0659988343 2018-01-10 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to document the status of identification at well #2-2412. At the time of my inspection, correct identification was not present. I called and spoke with Eric Petroleum representative Rick Huffman concerning the situation. Mr. Huffman reported that weather conditions prevented the identification from being installed and that the lease operator was scheduled to install the identification on 01/11/2018. On 01/11/2018 I received a voicemail message from Mr. Huffman reporting that identification was installed. I will schedule a follow-up inspection to document the status of identification.
1634673356 2018-01-16 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to document the posting of identification at well #2-24. ODNR-DOGRM Northeast District Supervisor Stephen Ochs was present during the inspection. The owner had posted identification at the tank battery that identified all wells produced into the tank battery. No identification was present at the well head. Snow cover prevented determining if the location was on the ground. I spoke with Eric Petroleum Superintendent Rick Huffman on 01/17/2018. Mr. Huffman stated that identification was posted on the electric box and that he would communicate with lease operator as to the status of identification.
2025500207 2017-12-19 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-2412. A review of RBDMS indicated the owner was current with reported production. Access to the well and tank battery was through a farm driveway. No identification was present at the well head. The 8.625 well head was below grade. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with an electric pump jack. The annular valve was in the open position. The tubing valve was closed. No leaks were observed. The tank battery was shared with 2-2438, 2-2459, and 2-2457. A stable earthen dike that was free of fluid was present around the equipment. Equipment within the dike consisted of one (1) vertical separator and one (1) 140 bbl production tank. The separator remained in good repair. No leaks were observed. A current 7 day production chart was in the meter house and identified Truitt 2,3,4. Truitt #1 was marked on the door. The production tank remained in good repair. No identification was present. Valves were closed and plugged. I spoke with Rick Huffman at Eric Petroleum on 12/29/2017. Mr. Huffman reported that the production tank had been replace recently and was due to have identification posted. He continued that identification would be posted at the well head as well. I will schedule a follow-up inspection to confirm identification was posted dependent on weather.
