0049498312 2007-10-24 Production Wells No Violations I performed a random well inspection. GPSs the tank battery and the well. ID sign was posted. The tank battery was in good shape. There were no violations at this time.
0493623168 2018-01-16 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check inspection on well #2-2005. Northeast District Supervisor Stephen Ochs was present during the inspection. Access to the well was snow covered and passable. The power supply line leading to the well head was lying on the ground in several places leading to the well head. The 8.625 well head was below grade. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with an electric pump jack. Production valves were in the closed position. Gas was leaking from the tubing head. A snow covered earthen dike was present around the production tanks. Equipment on location consisted of two (2) 100 bbl production tanks. Identification posted at the tank battery identified Dorfman Production as the operator. I spoke with owner Barry Pidgeon on 01/23/2017 regarding the well head leak and identification. Mr. Pidgeon stated he would have the leak addressed and identification updated as soon as possible. Mr. Pidgeon agreed to contact me when the work was completed for a follow-up inspection.
0948296938 2006-01-04 Production Wells No Violations The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl storage tank, 1-separator and a low dike.
1782827069 2018-01-30 Exempt Well Pre Transfer No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to document the status leak repairs on well #2-2005. On 01/24/2018 I received a call from contract operator AJ Strawn to report that the leak observed on my previous inspection was due to a loose well head. Mr. Strawn stated that the leak source was a loose well head and that he had tightened the well head and stopped the leak. At the time of my inspection no leaks were observed. Identification at the tank battery needs corrected to reflect the domestic owner. I will contact Mr. Pidgeon to correct the identification.
