0750943451 2018-04-25 Production Wells Violations Noted The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-1975. Inspector John Fleming was present during the inspection. RBDMS indicated reported production was current. Access to the well was interrupted by the surface owner that was backfilling the area between the ingress point ant the well head. The well head area remained stable. Correct identification was present. The 8.625 well head was above grade and open to atmosphere. I witnessed a minor amount of gas flow coming from the annular valve. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. A casing patch was present on the 4.5 landing joint between the 8.625 well head and the master valve. The master gate valve was exhibiting signs of corrosion. No other leaks were observed. The tank battery was located in the parking lot of an auto dealership. A stable earthen dike that was holding rain water was present around the equipment. A locked chain link f-nice enclosure was present around the equipment. At the time of inspection we did not have a key to unlock the gate. Equipment on location consisted of one (1) horizontal separator with two meter runs, one (1) 100 bbl production tank and one (1) concrete brine vault. The separator remained in good repair and contained a domestic supply connection. No leaks were observed. The production tank remained in good repair and contained correct identification. Valves were closed and plugged. The vault remained in good repair above grade. No evidence of overfill or leaking was observed. On 4/27/2018 I spoke with Enervest Field Superintendent Larry Lowers regarding the compliance issues observed with well #2-1975. Mr. Lowers stated that plans to repair the 4.5 production casing were scheduled recently but were stalled due to dumped fill by the surface owner that prevented access to the well. He continued that the situation had been forwarded to the land department and efforts were being made to identify the party respo
1534163657 2018-08-02 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to follow-up on compliance notice #750943451. At the time of my inspection the well owner had installed a plug and pressure gauge in the 8.625 well head annular port. The gauge indicated 70 psi. No gas leaking was observed. Enervest field superintendent Larry Lower reported that the land/legal department was working with the surface owner to establish a right of entry for ingress/egress to the well head.
