Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
000PL13046 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Preliminary Restoration done information from Data Point
0018198404 2018-01-23 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-1620. RBDMS indicated the owner was current with production reporting. Well access and the location were stable. Identification at the well head needed the owner updated. The 8.625 well head was below grade. The annulus was plumbed above grade and closed to atmosphere. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the open position. No leaks were observed. The tank battery was shared with #2-1619 and #1614. An earthen dike that was worn on the West side was present around the production equipment. Equipment within the dike specific to #1619 and #1620 consisted of one (1) horizontal separator and one (1) 140 bbl production tank. One (1) common concrete brine vault was also present. The separator remained in good repair and was locked. The production tank remained in good repair with correct identification. Valves were closed and plugged. The brine vault was holding fluid with freeboard. Following the inspection I spoke with Enervest field superintendent Joe Teppert concerning the identification. Mr. Teppert stated he would contact the lease operator to update the identification signs. I will schedule a follow-up inspection in two weeks to confirm the work was completed.
1296067774 2011-01-26 Production Wells No Violations I performed a random field inspection. I GPSd both the tank battery and the wellhead for the first time. I continued my walk around both the wellhead and the tank battery. This inspection satisfies 1501:9-9-05. There were no violations at this time.
