0449432931 2007-08-09 Production Wells No Violations I preformed a random well inspection. GPSs both the wellhead and tank battery. ID signs posted. Tank battery in good shape. There were no violations at this time.
0898343815 2018-01-17 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-0859. A review of RBDMS indicated production was current. Access to the location was snow covered and passable. A gate with correct identification marked the entrance to the well and tank battery. The 8.625 well head was below grade. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with an electric pump jack. Production valves were in the open position. Staining consistent with a legacy operation was present. A domestic supply connection was present. Production equipment consisted of one (1) vertical separator, one (1) 100 bbl production tank and one (1) 50 bbl brine tank. The separator was positioned outside of the earthen dike. The separator remained in good repair and contained a current 7 day production chart. The earthen dike was snow covered. The production tank remained in good repair. Valves were closed and plugged. The brine tank remained in good repair and the inlet valve was closed. No violations were observed during this inspection.
1073975913 2018-03-19 Production Wells No Violations I performed a status check on the above location. The well is equipped with a pumping unit and a electric motor. At the time of my inspection I noticed that the bridle was off at the horse head. And there was some oil around the well head. I talked to Wayne Hall well service man for Alliance Petroleum about the problem. He stated that they would clean it up and repair the well and clean up around the well. The tank battery is equipped with one 100 barrel tank and one 50 barrel tank and one vertical separator.
1201222104 2003-11-07 Production Wells No Violations The contamination has been removed. Recommend case be resolved.
1722480449 2003-10-22 Production Wells Violations Noted The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl storage tank, 1-50 bbl salt water storge tank and no dike.
