1522415937 2018-03-29 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-0116. A review of RBMDS indicated that no production has been reported. Further investigation indicated Chiefs Order #96-242 was issued to the landowner for failure to carry a surety bond and insurance. RBDMS also indicated well #2-0116 was transferred to Enervest on 4/27/2007. I could not locate a transfer of ownership from Diver to Belden. The location of the well remained stable in a residential yard. The 8.25 drive pipe was at grade. The 6.625 surface casing was above grade. The well was not in production. No leaks were observed. Following the inspection, I spoke with Enervest Superintendent Tim McConaha regarding the well. Mr. McConaha stated that he would investigate the well status internally and report back on his findings. I will schedule to follow-up with Mr. McConaha on the status of well #2-0116.
