She stated that Julie Denis of the ODOT called (614-466-7942)about a oil spill or shean of oil around a wellhead. I arrived on the location in 15 minutes. I inspected the area but could not find any signs of oil. I called Julie Denis to ask exactly where they had found the oil-shean. I called Julie Denis back to tell her about 3 beaver dams down stream. This area is in a marshy area. She will convey this to the Mill Creek Bike Trail people. I will re inspect the area with a shovel. TD is 602. This complaint continues. The land owner is Mrs. Joan Filisky(330-533-3027) of 6947 W. Middletown road, Canfield OH, 44406. |

The PH read 7 and the Quantab read zero. The mud sample I took will be looked at for oil. I talked with Mrs Joan Filisky about what I had found. I will let her know about the mud sample. This well is an idle Berea well equipped with a shackle line pump on the well head. There is a total of three 100 barrel tank on the location. We went to Joan Filisky home at 6947 W Middletown Rd. Canfield and spoke with her, she stated that she owned this well. She stated that she had the transfers of ownership forms. She is also interested in getting this well plugged. I will be meeting with her to give her a list of plugging contractors. |
