1165415205 | 2006-12-06 | Production Wells | No Violations | Case # 06-006. Called by LaGrange Fire Chief to inspect well at 402 West Main in Lagrange, Ohio. Well is located inside garage at rear of property. Unable to enter building at this time. I called fire department and GMAC to get entrance to gas well. Property has been repossesed by GMAC and they were not aware of a well on property. I collected gasscope readings around building and had 0% lel at this date. Fire Chief Radar advised gas comes and goes. Waiting on GMAC to send a representitive to open building for inspection. Rick Miller arrived to open garage. Inspected well and valves. No leakage at this time. Rick Miller advised a plummer came in 3 weeks ago and repaired the leak. Valve is new coming from well head. When property is sold new owners will register well, per Rick Miller, real estate agent. Well is located outside of garage, but is underground in a pit. Cloudy, 30 degrees. |
