ACS Inc is an enviromental excavation company developing this property and discovered the abandoned well. ACS Inc. will make a decision to plug well privately or apply for landowner grant program. I advised ACS Inc. to have well vented with PVC pipe 10 above ground level. Department of Transportation is widening SR 58 at this location. Building is being demolished at this time. There is an odor of natural gas around well head. Photographed area and well. Sun, 75 degrees.

It is equipped with 3- bolt cap and gas line leading to the north. House and barn has been removed. Mike of Atwell Hicks will advise me of ownership and plugging responsibility.
