Well is underground - no trace of well visible at ground level, but the location is marked by an orange cone. They plan to expand the building as well as the parking area, which will be on top of the well. They plan to vault and vent the well for future access (plans provided). As the well is not leaking and, as of the last inspection, was shut-in by functioning valves, there are no perceived problems with this plan, as long as access to the wellhead is provided in case the well qualifies for plugging through the orphan well program in the future. |

I inspected the well and no change in ground status. Cone remains in place over well and area around well is the same as photos during initial investigation. No leakage around well or cap. Mr. Depalma is planning extension of his insurance building. The foundation will be 15 north of well head. I advised him to call if construction begins before well is plugged. Lite rain, 80 degrees. |
