| 0060257381 | 2015-08-14 | Orphan | No Violations | This inspection was conducted on 08-14-15 to assist the Lorain City Schools in locating two old plugged on their property located at 3200 Clinton Ave in Lorain. I met onsite with Dan Barney of Arkinetics who is assisting the school system in documenting any issues with the property, which they are selling. The existing buildings on this property are slated for demolition in several months. I used the GPS coordinates shown in our database for the known wells on the property and using my handheld GPS proceeded to locate and mark these locations. I then used a magnetic locator and surveyed an area approximately 50 square to the south of the building, which included the marked location and found no metal hits in this area. I advised Mr. Barney to notify me prior starting any excavation on the property. |
