I met with Mr. Dan Barney of Arkinetics, who is assisting the school system in documenting any issues with the property, which they are selling. The existing buildings on this property are slated for demolition in several months. I used the GPS coordinates from our database for the known wells on this property and proceed to locate and mark these points on the property using my handheld GPS. I then proceeded to use a magnetic locator to survey a 50 radius of the marked locations and found no metal hits in this area. I advised Mr. Barney to notify me when they plan to excavate so I can be present during these operations. |
