0604584773 2014-07-17 Production Wells No Violations Inspected production well on 07/17/2014. The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank, 1-horizontal separator, and 1-underground brine vault within an earthen dike. The diked area is located within a locked metal fence. The tank battery is used by multiple wells (2); well identification is clearly displayed for all wells utilizing it. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor located within a locked metal fence. Well identification is posted at the wellhead as required. No problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
1359573431 2013-01-30 Production Wells No Violations I inspected this well and found one pump jack with electric motor on the wellhead. The pressure on the tubing was 20 psi. and the pressure on the casing was 30 psi. I did notice an area of oil stainage on the limestone below the wellhead. It looked as though the stuffing box may have leaked some crude oil in the past. The area was recently covered with sawdust to absorb the small amount of crude oil that may have leaked. The stuffing box was not leaking at the time of my inspection. The pump jack and wellhead were enclosed with a steel chain link fence and gate. The area within the fence was well maintained, but the landowner had quite a bit of junk, debris and cut up logs all around the well. The tank battery contained one 100 bbl. steel oil storage tank, one in ground concrete brine storage tank, one horizontal oil and gas separator unit with a gas sales chart recorder and one drip assembly. The proper identification sign was posted on the steel tank and no visible leaks were detected on the tank or piping within the tank battery. The dike was in good shape and the area within and around the tank battery was well maintained. The tank battery was enclosed with a steel chain link fence and gate, but the fence panel on the north side was damaged and leaning inwards. The landowner currently had piles of bricks and concrete blocks along the north side of the tank battery. It was determined that this tank battery also handles production for the Goodman #3 well.
