1035724972 2015-01-22 Production Wells Violations Noted Inspected production well on 01/22/2015. The tank battery consists of 1-210 bbl steel tank located within an earthen dike, and 1-vertical separator. The tank battery is used by multiple wells (3); well identification is posted for all wells utilizing it, but it is very faded and mostly illegible. A line to the tank has been run ~15 over a stream, hung between two trees on either side of it. Another 1-100 bbl steel tank within an earthen dike is located ~150 from the other tank. No well identification is posted on this tank. The well is equipped with a wellhead and a swedge. No well identification is posted at the wellhead as required. The pump jack has been removed, set next to the well, and appears to have been stripped of many parts. A branch has also fallen onto part of it. The well does not appear capable of production in its current condition. Research into the production history of the well show that no production has ever been filed, therefore the well must be plugged.
1204644691 2008-03-04 Production Wells Violations Noted Requested by Rick Ternes of Lorain County Metro Parks to inspect well on the Tran property. This property was donated to Metro Parks and well is idle and abandoned. Rods and tubing in well but pump jack is removed. No production has been reported in past 20 years. C.O. 95-163 was issued to Quality Oil and Gas 11-8-1995 but no compliance. Called Quality Oil and Gas to advise of violations and Chiefs Order. Plug well and clean up parks property. Well is not on Qualitys bond but their office admitted owning well. Freezing rain, 31 degrees.
