0126206551 2007-04-05 Drill / Deepen / Reopen Violations Noted Well casing is leaking gas, the gas can be seen bubbling up in a pool of water that is around the well. Dale Ross is still pumping the pit down. The safety fence is up around the pits. No other work has been done to the site. I called Dave ( NYTIS) on 4-5-07 and informed him of the gas leak and told him that the pit must be filled in their 30 days was up on 3-12-07. Dave told me that he is going to get Dale Ross to finish the work quickly. If not Dave said that he will hire another contractor to do the work.

I told him of the spacing rules and then we discussed the problem of fencing. This is an urban well and has a good fence around it. The current fence doesnt allow enough space to install the separator inside the fence and meet the spacing requirements. They wanted to install the separator temporarily to see how much water it makes. If it is to be permanent a fence will be installed. I agreed to this because the well is located with in an industrial park. NYTIS has done a good job at following the urban rules for their two wells. I feel that they will comply if the separator is going to stay connected. I inspected the site today and found the separator out side the fence and more than 50 from the wellhead. I did not observe any problems. A plastic brine tank was located with in the fence. All connections were tight and the well was in production.

Besides the wellhead there were two 2000-gallon poly tanks to store brine and two low profile liquid/gas separators used for this well and the LEDCO #5 (API3408720670) and a small knockout tank used on the LEDCO #5 (API # 3408720670) gas production line.
