0068318365 2017-06-16 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead with pump jack system and associated tank battery located within a commercial nursery facility. Fittings at the wellhead and tank battery were secure and free from signs of leakage or problems. Tank lids were closed. Load lines were closed, plugged and secure. The was intact secondary containment which was dry and free from any significant signs of spills, leakage, or other problems. I walked the areas surrounding the well and battery and observed grassy and wooded areas with no signs of impact or degradation to the natural greenscape. The gravel-paved access road was in good condition with no erosional deficits. Production data was current and there were no indications of problems or deficiencies regarding bonding and insurance. I did note the following deficiencies: the well was permitted and drilled after promulgation of the rules for urban drilling. As such, the well must be fitted with the following: low-pressure relief valve, spark arrestor, carbon filter, and lid capable of being sealed. I contacted the owner and advised them about the deficiencies. A response was pending at the time of this report filing.
0395744973 2012-11-26 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations The unit consists of a 2-tank battery (TB) with mechanical seperator enclosed in a 4-foot, split-rail fence. The spacing is in accordance with the rule, and the valving and mechanicals are in good repair. I did not observe any signs of leaking product or gas vapors. The wellhead is fitted with a concoil lift and is located 50 feet north of the east. The tank battery dike is low. I called Steve Franks of Petro Evaluation and told him about the need for repair to the dike. I asked that the repairs be made in the next month.

1382265391 2014-07-29 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this producing unit as part of routine inspection activity. The well was completed in 08/03/2006. The unit is producing and production reports are current. Elements of the well consist of a production wellhead with standard valve assembly and concoil production system. The wellhead and battery are located down an access road which is shared with access to portions of the Wilson Nursery facility. The access portion is graveled and in reasonable condition. There are no signs of leakage or problems at the wellhead. The battery is comprised of a total of 1 steel 140-barrel production tank, 1 50-barrel poly brine tank, and horizontal separator. Spacing from well to battery, and spacing of elements within the battery meet regulations. The battery and wellhead are located in separate split-rail fence enclosures. The load-outs are bull-plugged. The secondary containment at the battery is present. I did not observe any signs or evidence of leakage, spills, or problems. There is ID signage at the battery which is legible and in good condition.
1531755639 2018-07-16 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: Fittings at the wellhead and tank battery were secure and free from signs of leakage or problems. The well was in active production with active chart record. The tank lids were closed. Load lines were closed, plugged and secure. I walked the areas surrounding the well and battery and observed grassy and wooded areas with no signs of impact or degradation to the natural greenscape.
