Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
-413450388 2013-5-31 0:00: FR No Violations
0413450388 2013-05-31 Final Restoration No Violations The area of the former well is relatively level and much of the area is covered with natural vegetation (weeds, phragmites). There are some large bare portions. I observed a former flow-line nipple protruding from the ground. I will follow-up to assess whether waivers are in place for the flow-lines to remain following closure.
0628090999 2006-12-01 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations surface
0902309028 2008-06-10 Plug / Plug Back No Violations set perf plug
1084432206 2018-09-27 Final Restoration No Violations I inspected this well as an evaluation for Final Restoration. The well had been plugged and abandoned in 6/2008, and a plugging report filed At the time of this inspection, I found the former location of the well had been restored. There was no longer production equipment or associated appurtenances remaining. Vegetation was well established at the former well site. Access to the well was afforded by a shared-use roadway, and requires no further action or activity. Final Restoration is passed.
