Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1274688971 2017-09-18 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead with plunger-lift system and associated tank battery in separate enclosures, both located on a parcel occupied by commercial nursery operation. The enclosure gates were locked and secure. The load-line valves were secure. Tank lids were closed and secure. The secondary containment was intact and dry. I walked the areas surrounding the well and battery and found no signs of impacts or problems.
1382722009 2013-10-25 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations The producing unit consists of a mechanical plunger lift and above-ground storage tank (AST) battery. The battery is comprised of 1 140-barrel steel production tank, 1 140-barrel brine tank, and separator unit. The wellhead and battery are enclosed in separate chain-link enclosures. The load-outs are bull-plugged. Secondary containment is good. The battery ID placard is lying nearby in the mud. I will contact Excalibur Exploration about re-attaching the placard. The wellhead needs an ID placard as well. No other problems noted.
1407355750 2014-08-06 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this producing unit as part of routine inspection activity. The well was completed in 04/25/2006. The unit is producing and production reports are current. Elements of the well consist of a production wellhead with standard valve assembly and mechanical plunger-lift system. The wellhead and battery are located within the overall confines of a commercial nursery facility. The well and battery are accessed via shared, unpaved roads within the facility. The battery is comprised of 1 steel 100-barrel production tank, 1 100-barrel, steel brine tank, and horizontal separators. Spacing from well to battery, and spacing of elements within the battery meet regulations. The wellhead is in a separate chain-link enclosure. The load-outs are bull-plugged. The secondary containment at the battery appears well maintained. I did not observe any signs or evidence of leakage, spills, or problems. There is ID signage at the battery. No problems requiring attention at the time of this inspection.
