0134263079 2019-02-07 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I conducted a compliance notice follow-up for compliance notice 1372057401, regarding the removal of the 210 BBL tank due to perforated holes throughout the top area of the tank, making it unusable. At the time of this inspection, the 210 BBL tank had not been disconnected or removed from the other production equipment or location. There were no active leaks from the 210 BBL tank, at the time of this inspection, however the tank still needs to be removed. The identification has not been updated to reflect current owner information and needs updated.

1058193503 2017-12-14 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well as a follow-up to a previously-issued compliance notice for the following deficiencies: The 210-barrel, steel production tank was found to be severely corroded with numerous perforations which had rendered the tank not usable. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: tank remained in place. In addition, there was no compliant ID signage at the well or battery. I had previously contacted the company about the tank and they had reported various issues regarding lack of personnel and funds preventing them from being in compliance.

1372057401 2016-02-29 UrbanProduction Wells Violations Noted I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following elements: one wellhead with mechanical plunger-lift system, one mechanical separator, and a tank battery comprised of two 100-barrel steel tanks with associated fittings and tubular connections. Secondary containment was intact. I walked the areas surrounding the wellhead and battery and did not observe any evidence of impact or erosional deficits. Access to the well is afforded by a short dedicated, unpaved access road which enters from Wisner Road. At the time of this inspection, the road was in good condition. I observed the following deficiency: both of the steel tanks were severely corroded and leaking, with numerous perforations. Oil has leaked on to the dike ballast material at the base of the tank. The owner must remedy the following by 04/04/2016: Remove both tanks from the location. Clean up oil-impacted dike ballast material. Contact Inspector Stephen Tompkins at 330-907-4647 with questions regarding this inspection.
1490514355 2013-06-19 Production Wells No Violations The producing unit consists of the following elements: A production wellhead and storage tank battery. The production wellhead is fitted with a mechanical plunger lift system and is located 200 feet east of the tank battery. The tank battery system includes 1 100-barrel storage tank and 1 210-barrel tank, and associated appurtenances. The tank battery is not enclosed. The secondary containment is good. Tank and well spacing is in accordance with 1501:09. No problems or violations noted
