0020357088 2015-03-10 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this producing well as part of routine inspection activity. The well is comprised of a wellhead with concoil system inside a small chain-link enclosure. There is a tank battery in a separate chain-link enclosure near the entry drive. The battery is comprised of 2 100-barrel steel tanks (1 production, 1 brine), and mechanical separator. There is identifying signage at the wellhead but is lacking ownership and contact information. The existing signage at the battery is unreadable. Connections and fittings are secure and free from signs of leakage or problems. I contacted Gene Moeller, contract well tender for the well owner, and advised about the need for complete and accurate signage. He indicated that the signs will be fixed as soon as possible,

1453941789 2013-10-02 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations The producing unit consists of a concoil unit at the wellhead and an aboveground storage tank (AST) battery. The battery is comprised of 2 140-barrel steel production tanks, and a separator unit. The elements are enclosed in separate chain-link fences. There is adequate secondary containment. The signage is in poor condition. There is no ID at the wellhead. I will call Norshar about remedy for the signage. The battery is shared with the #898 unit.
1487188445 2016-07-13 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this producing well as part of routine inspection activity and as a follow-up to a previous inspection. At the time of the previous inspection, I had noted that the ID signage was deteriorated and unreadable. At the time of this inspection, the signage has been updated and repaired. Connections at the wellhead and battery were secure, with the following exception: The 2-inch diameter cross-over line between the 100-barrel tanks is corroded and showing some minor leakage. I contacted contract pumper Gene Moeller and advised about the noted maintenance item. He indicated that he would evlauate and repair.
1618593567 2017-08-07 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. I had noted at a previous inspection that there was some minor leakage at the cross-over line at the tank battery. At the time of this inspection, that leakage had been fixed. Fittings and connections were secure and free from leakage. The secondary containment was intact. The integrity of the tanks appeared to be good. I walked the areas surrounding the well and battery and observed no signs of problems.
