Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
-249607131 2013-10-21 0:00 UP No Violations
0249607131 2013-10-21 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations The producing unit consists of a mechanical plunger lift unit and above-ground storage tank (AST) battery. The battery is comprised of 1 50-barrel steel production tank and 1 25-barrel brine tank, and separator unit. The wellhead and battery are both enclosed in separate chain-link fences. The load-outs are bull-plugged. The ID is not readable at the battery and the locked and gated entry at the lease road needs an ID. The secondary containment is good. No problems noted.
1403875888 2009-10-20 Production Wells No Violations There were no violations at the time of inspection.
1549556306 2019-02-07 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I conducted an inspection on this well. The well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and in production at the time of this inspection. The well was fenced and locked, with legible identification. There was a domestic line plumbed off the 4.5 inch casing into a 2 inch line. The 2 inch line was further reduced into a 1 inch line with two regulators and an open valve. The tank battery was comprised of one 50 BBL tank, one 25 BBL tank and a mechanical separator. Valves on the separator were closed. The diked tank battery had legible identification. The lease access was stable and a locked gate was present with identification.
1686620295 2017-03-15 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead with plunger lift system and associated tank battery located in a meadow area of a rural parcel. Access to the battery and wellhead was afforded by a short, access road which was snow-covered, but accessible. The battery was comprised of one 50-barrel steel production tank, one 20-barrel plastic brine tank, and horizontal separator. The fittings and connections at the wellhead and battery were secure and free from signs of leakage. The load-lines were plugged, locked, and secure. Process safety equipment was present, and the ID signage was present and accurate.
