0383362654 2017-06-29 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this producing well location as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead with pump jack system and associated tank battery in separate enclosures located on a rural farmstead property. The dedicated lease road was dry and in good condition. Fittings and connections were secure with the following exception: I noted a 1-inch supply line in the tank battery with a corrosion hole from which oil leakage had occurred. The there was a small area of oil impact within the secondary containment berm. I also noted that one of the 100-barrel steel tanks had was in danger of failing along the bottom, and should be replaced. I notified both the contract pumper (Matt Sisson) and the well owner about the maintenance items. He met me at the location and he indicated that he would make the repairs immediately.
0531068530 2018-08-17 Production Wells No Violations I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, fittings at the wellhead and battery were secure. The well was in active production with active chart record. Production records were current. I walked the areas surrounding the well and battery and found no issues or problems.
0555616301 2013-11-18 Production Wells No Violations No changes since the previous inspection. The unit is producing. No problems noted.
0638387477 2012-12-05 Production Wells Violations Noted The unit consists of a pumpjack unit in a 6-foor fenced enclosure. The TB consists of 1 100-bbl tanks, and mechanical separator, enclosed in a 6-foot fence. There are two compressor skids inside an enclosed shed. The spacing is in accordance with the rule. The tank battery dike is adequate but the dike drain is open. Unit ID is good. I called Steve Chomos and advised that I was issuing a Compliance Notice for the open dike drain.
1313288159 2016-03-30 Production Wells No Violations I inspected this producing location as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: one wellhead with pump jack system in a chain-link enclosure. Fittings and connections at the wellhead are secure. The associated battery is comprised of one 100-barrel steel production tank, one 100-barrel brine tank, and associated separator in a chain-link enclosure. The load-lines are plugged and secure. The secondary containment is intact. The dike drain is secure. I observed some staining at the base of the production tank, along the 1-inch drip-line. The well tender Matt Sisson was on location and we determined that the drip line was leaking when under pressure during evacuation of the drip tank. Matt indicated that he will replace the leaking section of pipe before the drip is pumped again. I also noted to Matt that the bottom of the brine tank is very corroded along the weld, and that replacement should be considered soon.
1362559123 2017-11-16 Production Wells No Violations I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. Fittings and connections at the well and battery were secure. The leaking 1-inch dump line from the production tank had been repaired . The load lines were plugged and secure. I walked the areas surrounding the well and battery and found no problems or impacts.
1371643281 2013-03-12 Production Wells No Violations The issue with the open dike drain has been remedied.
1498123909 2014-10-30 Production Wells No Violations I inspected this location has part of routine inspection activity. The well is producing and production records are current. The fittings and connections at the wellhead are free from signs of leakage or other problems. Fittings at the tank battery are free from signs of leakage or problems. The load-outs are bull-plugged. Secondary containment is intact. ID Signage is present.
