Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1329236641 2012-02-09 Final Restoration No Violations There is no indication of well on this property. There are three 2 pipes standing approximately 3 tall approximately 100 yards north of the well location. The area was flooded and I was unable to inspect and identify the piping. A follow up inspection is needed to determine if the piping is related to the tank battery.
1464799595 2017-01-01 Final Restoration No Violations I inspected this former well location as an evaluation for the requirements for final restoration. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a cluster of 2-inch diameter tubular steel pipeline fitting connections with closed gate valves, that emerge from the existing grade. These connections were located in an area coincident with the former well location. The remainder of the surrounding area was comprised of flat-lying agricultural field with no other signs or evidence of production appurtenances. I contacted Steve Franks with Petro Evaluation Serv. Who reports that the landowner should be willing to sign a Form 5 Waiver which I provided. Final restoration will remain pending until receipt.
