0644153083 2017-03-09 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead with pump jack system and tank battery comprised of one 210-barrel steel production tank, one 100-barrel steel brine tank and separator unit. Tank lids were closed and sealed. Load line valves were plugged and secure. Secondary containment was intact. I walked the areas surrounding the well and battery and did not see any evidence of impact relating to the on-going production. The ID signage needs to be updated. I contacted John Magnussen with David Oil who indicated that the signs are being updated as they are able.
0665079827 2016-03-08 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. The well and battery are located in a primarily commercial and light industrial area. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: One wellhead with pump jack system and tank battery comprised of one 210-barrel steel production tank, one 100-barrel steel brine tank and separator unit. Tank lids were closed and sealed. Load line valves were plugged and secure. Secondary containment was intact. I walked the areas surrounding the well and battery and did not see any evidence of impact relating to the on-going production.
0763118202 2018-12-03 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I conducted a compliance notice follow-up inspection for compliance notice 15127546, regarding updated identification with new owner information and load line locks needing installed. At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with a pumping unit and not in production. The tank battery was comprised of one 210 BBL tank, one 100 BBL tank and a mechanical separator. The tank valves and load lines have not been equipped with locks. The identification located at the diked tank battery has not been updated with current owner information.
0976242801 2009-11-09 Production Wells No Violations There were no violations at the time of inspection.
1512754612 2017-12-08 UrbanProduction Wells Violations Noted I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. The well and battery are located at the back portion of a parcel utilized otherwise for industrial purposes. Fittings and connections at the wellhead and battery were secure and free from leakage. The well was in active production at the time of this inspection. The load-line valves were not locked. The unit identification had not been updated to reflect the new ownership which took effect in 2016. The owner must place locks on the load-line valves and place compliant unit identification at the well within 30 days or be subject to additional enforcement. Contact Inspector Stephen Tompkins at 330-907-4647 with questions about this compliance notice.
1524583446 2018-04-24 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well as a follow-up to a previously-issued compliance notice for the following: missing locks on load-lines and incorrect identification signage. At the time of this inspection, I noted the following: The load lines remained unlocked and unsecure. The ID signage continued to reflect the prior owner of the well. The new owner has made pledges to correct the deficiencies, but with no results at the time of this inspection. The well was shut-in and not in active production.
