1452550533 2016-01-05 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well location as part of an evaluation of current site conditions. The well and battery are located in a low-lying wetland area east of Wood Rd. The area is characterized by dense growth of phragmites and similar wetlands vegetation. At the time of this inspection, the following elements were present: There was a battery with one 210-barrel steel production tank, one 100-barrel horizontal, steel brine tank , and separator unit in a cage-type enclosure. The wellhead location was not identified. The previously-documented wellhead area was observed to be largely submerged. The various visible elements show significant corrosion and lack of maintenance. To date, the owner of record has not responded to attempts to contact them. Liability insurance coverage has lapsed.
1491572561 2017-04-07 Orphan No Violations My inspection found the well to be equipped with 3.5 casing. The 8.625 casing is buried below grade and is not visible. The well casing is plumbed up above ground and has a wellhead tree in place. The packing seals between the 3.5 casing and the 1.5 tubing are leaking natural gas and a small amount of crude oil. There is a 2 flow line plumbed from the wellhead to the tank battery. The tank battery consists of a 210 BBL production tank, a horizontal 100 BBL brine tank, and a mechanical separator. There will need to be trees removed to access the well and tank battery. The location is in what appears to be a naturally wet area.

2051942803 2017-02-24 Field Inspected, Well Not Found No Violations I inspected this location as part of an evaluation of current site conditions. Upon inspection, I was able to identify the location of the tank battery. The battery was comprised of one 210-barrel steel production tank and a separator located in a steel cage structure. The tank displayed significant amount of corrosion but appeared to be intact. The area surrounding the battery was comprised of a dense growth of tall wetlands-type vegetation. I walked the area surrounding the tank battery as much as possible but was unable to identify the well. I will re-view the well documentation and attempt to locate the well on another date.
