1414088401 2014-10-23 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this producing location as part of an on-going search for a responsible owner. The well is comprised of a mechanical plunger lift and tank battery. The battery is comprised of 1 210-barrel production tank and 1 50-barrel brine tank, and separator. The well is currently supplying house gas to the landowner. I advised that landowner that I will provide him with documents which detail the requirements to become a exempted domestic owner per ODNR rules. The owner of record is no longer a viable entity and has forfeited bond.
1469037024 2016-01-05 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well location as part of an evaluation of current site conditions. The well and battery are located in an open area on the north side of the referenced address. At the time of this inspection, the following elements were present: a wellhead with a mechanical plunger lift system. Visible casing at the wellhead consisted of 8 5/8-inch surface casing, 3.5-inch production casing, and 1 7/8-inch tubing. There was a battery with one 210-barrel steel production tank, one 100-barrel steel brine tank, which was partially buried, and separator unit. There was a domestic connection that was active. The various elements show significant corrosion and lack of maintenance. Areas in and around the well elements consisted of turf grass that is maintained by the landowner. Areas beyond consist of developed single-family residential lots. To date, the owner of record has not responded to attempts to contact them. Liability insurance coverage has lapsed.
1503921066 2017-08-25 Production Wells No Violations My inspection found the well is equipped with a plunger lift system. There is visible 8.625 inch casing, 3 inch production casing, and 1.5 inch tubing. There is a new domestic supply plumbed off of the 8.625 inch casing. The tank battery consists of a 210 BBL production tank, a 50 BBL brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The company is no longer viable and the wells under the company name have been sent to orphan well. Inspector Tompkins is working with the landowner of this well to take the well over as a domestic unit.
