1099475407 2017-11-07 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well as part of an evaluation of current status. Ownership of the well was transferred to Mag-Nif, Inc. in 1990. There had not been any production reports filed since 1993. The bond was returned and the file canceled by ODNR Columbus. Further research into well ownership for this well is pending.
1680449172 2017-07-11 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection. The producing system is comprised of a wellhead with plunger-lift system and associated battery with vertical separator. Valve connections at the battery were closed. There was no identification on any part of the system. There was an associated tank battery comprised of one 100-barrel steel production tank and vertical mechanical separator. The surrounding area was comprised of concrete-paved parking and driveway. The fittings and connections at the wellhead were secure and free from leakage with the following exception: the bottom of the production tank was corroded and there was water dripping from the 3-inch flow-line connection, which was very corroded. There is no registered owner of the well and, as such, I will refer to the orphan well program.
