-547358214 2019-5-16 0:00: CT No Violations 1.00
0547358214 2019-05-16 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Deep Well Snubbing unit #10 on location. They are currently tripping out of the well. They are not running production tubing in the well. The 13.375x9.625 annular pressure is zero and the 9.625x5.5 annular pressure is 3200 psi. Company Man Cory Lewis said that the gauge reads 2000 psi in non-daylight hours and 3200 psi in the daylight. I asked him to get it bleed down and check/change the gauge. Burst pressure of 9.625 casing is 5750 psi.
1424576288 2019-05-29 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed several different contractors on site. A group of contractors is working on flowlines and the other is working on the pipeline/well connect corridor. Well has been drilled out and is awaiting flowback. Wellheads are on but flowlines have not been plumbed in. This well does not currently have tubing ran in it. It will be plumbed to produce from both sides of the wellhead. Annular pressure gauges are shut in and both read zero psi. Production equipment includes four line heaters, four GPUs, eight sand seperators, and two 500 barrel steel tanks in their own containment. Pad is stable and vegetated. Site meets requirements of 1509.072 (A) for preliminary restoration.
1471583151 2019-03-05 Completion Testing No Violations The inspection revealed the frac head is rigged up and waiting on the frac procedure. The intermediate casing pressure is 0 psi and the surface pressure is 0 psi.
1540940638 2018-10-30 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On site inspection at 18:30 hours to witness the surface casing cement job with Falcon Rig 26 and O Tech Cement Service. The rig has drilled a 17.5 diameter surface casing bore hole to a measured depth of 1,555 with the measurement off a drilling rig Kelly Bushing heigth of 12 above ground level. The rig inserted 1,545 of 61 pound per foot J-55 grade buttress thread casing with a casing float shoe and collar ran making up a 44.74 casing shoe track. Casing centralizers were ran on every 3rd casing collar. O -Tex cemented the casing by first pumping 35 barrels of 6% gel spacer followed by a 266 barrel cement mix consisting of 1,255 sacks of class A cement with a cement weight verified by weight of scale at 15.6 pound per gallon with a cement yield of 1.19. The cement was displaced with a plug and 229 barrels of fresh water to the float collar with a final displacement pressure of 650 pounds pressure. The plug was landed at 237 barrels displacement and the casing was pressure tested to 1,290 pounds pressure.
1545971385 2018-12-27 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the intermediate casing cement job. Patterson 584 drilled a 12.25 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 8805 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 13.375 inch diameter surface casing to a depth of 1540 feet. Wyoming casing ran 8798 feet of 9.625 inch diameter casing, l-80, 40 lbs/foot, with 3 foot stickup. Casing was centralized. Shoe track is 91 feet long. DV tool set at 4501 and packer set at 4502. Schlumberger was onsite with 488 sacks of class A lead cement. Lead cement weighed with mudscale at 13.5 ppg and yield of 1.67. 820 sacks of class A tail cement weighed 15.6 ppg and a yield of 1.19. 30% excess ran on first stage. Cement displaced with 659 barrels of oil based mud. 40 barrels of 13 ppg mud push pumped ahead of cement. First stage was not witnessed. Second stage had 1426 sacks of class A tail cement weighing 15.6 and yield of 1.19. 25% excess ran on second stage. Cement displaced with 341 barrels of oil based mud. 40 barrels of 13 ppg mud push pumped ahead of cement. Hole was loaded with 12.2 ppg oil based mud prior to starting job. 28 barrels of cement returned to surface.
