Kick off point was 9095 with landing point at 10262. 9.625 inch diameter casing set at 8993. Estimated total depth is 20706. KB is 25.
0441702394 2019-04-22 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed an FTS frac crew on location tied into the 1H, 6H, and 8H wells. Stage 47/61 is awaiting frac. Frac is currently down due to an equipment issue. Stage 47 plug set at 12624 feet, with bottom perforation at 12612 feet and top perforation at 12472 feet. The 13.375x9.625 annular pressure is 300 psi and the 9.625x5.5 annular pressure is 300 psi.
0699587972 2019-01-15 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the mine string cement job. Pioneer 77 drilled a 24 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 297 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 30 inch diameter conductor casing to a depth of 100 feet. Wyoming casing ran 291 feet of 18.625 inch diameter casing, j-55, 87.5 lbs/foot. Shoe track is 23 feet long. Cement Baskets were set at 212 and 216 feet. Coal encountered at 237-249 feet. C&J was onsite with 535 sacks of class A cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.2. 30% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 82 barrels of fresh water. 35 barrels of gel pumped ahead of cement. 10 barrels of cement returned to surface weighing 14.3 ppg. Floats held with 1.5 barrels back to the truck.
1176606778 2019-04-11 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed a frac tech services crew on location tied into the the 1H, 6H, and 8H wells. Company men onsite were Bill Pugh and Dave Norris. Stage 14/61 plug was set at 18366, with bottom perforation at 18355 and top perforation at 18214. This stage is awaiting frac.13.375x9.625 annular pressure was 250 psi and 9.625x5.5 annular pressure was 400 psi.
1357358807 2018-10-23 Casing String Witnessed No Violations PAD ADDRESS: 2074 CR 20 DILLONVALE. On the day of my inspection I witnessed Precision had augured a 36 inch diameter hole to 100 feet. 100 feet of 30 inch diameter conductor casing was run. Petroset was onsite with 315sacks of class A cement. Additives include 3% CaCl and .5 lb./sack cello-flake. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.2. 50% percent excess ran. Cement was displaced with 75 barrels of fresh water. 14 barrels of cement returned to surface. Company man Tony Shepard on location.
1531441293 2019-05-15 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed a CWS stand alone snubbing unit onsite drilling out frac plugs. This well has all plugs drilled out and they are tripping out. The 13.375x9.625 annular pressure is zero and the 9.625x5.5 annular pressure is 2200 psi. Company man was asked to bleed pressure down on the 9.625x5.5 annular after they get tripped out and call me when it was done.
1547821760 2019-01-18 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the surface casing cement job. Pioneer 77 drilled a 17.5 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 1584 feet ground level. Kelly bushing height is 28 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 18.625 inch diameter mine string casing to a depth of 263 feet ground level. Wyoming Casing ran 1612.7 feet of 13.375 inch diameter casing, j-55, 61 lbs/foot. Casing was centralized. Shoe track is 44 feet long. C&J was onsite with 1198 sacks of class A cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.2. 30% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 239 barrels of fresh water. 35 barrels of gel pumped ahead of cement. 54 barrels of cement returned to surface, and floats held with 1 barrel back.
1553797096 2019-03-27 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed FracTech frac crew on location. Identified myself to company man Malcolm Trahan and Bill Pugh. They are currently performing a zipper frac on the 2H and 4H wells. They are monitoring the 5.5 x 9.625 casing annulus. There is currently 640 psi on it while the frac is occuring on the 2h well.
