0706331703 2019-03-27 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed FracTech frac crew on location. Identified myself to company man Malcolm Trahan and Bill Pugh. They are currently performing a zipper frac on the 2H and 4H wells. They are monitoring the 5.5 x 9.625 casing annulus. There is currently 495 psi on it while the frac is occuring on the 2h well.
0782298557 2019-04-11 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed a frac tech services crew on location tied into the the 1H, 6H, and 8H wells. Company men onsite were Bill Pugh and Dave Norris. Stage 14/64 plug was set at 18844, with bottom perforation at 18833 and top perforation at 18692. This stage is awaiting frac.13.375x9.625 annular pressure was 100 psi and 9.625x5.5 annular pressure was 300 psi.
0822962047 2018-10-23 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the mouse hole grouted back to surface. The 30 inch diameter conductor was set and cemented on 10/20/18.
1150020830 2019-01-03 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the first stage intermediate casing cement job. Pioneer 77 drilled a 12.25 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 8894 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 13.375 inch diameter surface casing to a depth of 1612 feet. Wyoming casing ran 8886 feet of 9.625 inch diameter casing, hcl-80, 40 lbs/foot. Casing was centralized with 176 centralizers. Shoe track is 85 feet long. Packer ran at 4791 and DV tool at 4788. C&J/Otex was onsite with 535 sacks of class H lead cement and 750 sacks of class H tail cement. Lead cement weighed with mudscale at 14 ppg and yield of 1.35. 20% excess ran in open hole. Tail cement weighed with mudscale at 15 ppg and yield of 1.16. 20% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 668 barrels of fresh water. 50 barrels of of 14 ppg spacer pumped ahead of cement. Plug landed and floats held. Rig attempted to inflate packer and thought that it had but pressure would not hold. They switched to the pump truck to ensure there were no leaks in system. Upon pressuring up, there was annular flow indicating that the packer had ruptured. Rig dropped bomb and circulated on well for three hours prior to starting second stage. I did not witness second stage but C&J had 50 barrels of 14 ppg spacer and 1715 sacks of class H tail cement weighing 15.3 ppg and a yield of 1.11. 30% excess was ran on second stage. Spoke with Company Man Ralph Dupois the next morning and he said they circulated 70 barrels of cement to surface.
1461275076 2019-05-15 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed a CWS stand alone snubbing unit onsite drilling out frac plugs. This well has not been drilled out yet. The 13.375x9.625 annular pressure is 300 psi and the 9.625x5.5 annular pressure is 1200 psi.
1547236589 2019-01-10 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Pioneer 77 drilling an 8.5 inch diameter hole at 20748 feet. Estimated total depth is 21145 feet and company man Ralph DuPois believes they will reach total depth this evening. There is a small flare burning during my inspection. Mud weight is currently 13.6 but will be at 13.8 ppg when they finish drilling.
1951546243 2019-04-22 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed an FTS frac crew on location tied into the 1H, 6H, and 8H wells. The 13.375x9.625 annular pressure is 250 psi and the 9.625x5.5 annular pressure is 300 psi.
