0839082152 | 2018-11-21 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed the intermediate casing cement job. Pioneer 77 drilled a 12.25 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 8990 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 13.375 inch diameter surface casing to a depth of 1605 feet. Wyoming Casing ran 8938.5 feet of 9.625 inch diameter casing, 40 lbs/foot, with 3.5 foot stick up. 5841 feet of l-80 and 3097.5 feet of p-110Casing was centralized. Shoe track is 86 feet long. DV tool at 4740. C&J/otex was onsite with 535 sacks of class H lead cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 14 ppg and yield of 1.31. 20% excess ran in open hole. Follwed lead cement with 750 sacks of 15 ppg tail cement with a 1.16 yield. Cement displaced with 670.5 barrels. 50 barrels of 12.25 ppg mudpush pumped ahead of cement. No spacer or cement returned to surface. Second stage had 50 barrels of 12.25 ppg mudpush and 1715 sacks of class H cement weighing 15.3 ppg and yield of 1.11. 30% excess ran in open hole. Displacement was 359 barrels. 30 barrels of cement returned to surface. |
0946804822 | 2019-03-27 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed FracTech frac crew on location. Identified myself to company man Malcolm Trahan and Bill Pugh.
