0273563642 | 2018-10-02 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | PAD ADDRESS: 1646 CR 23 Bloomingdale. On the day of my inspection I witnessed Precision Rathole had augured a 36 inch diameter hole to feet. 100 feet of 30 inch diameter conductor casing was run. CJ/Otex was onsite with 315 sacks of class A cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.19. 50 percent excess ran. Mix water tested 68 degrees Fahrenheit, pH of 6.5 and 31 ppm chlorides. Cement was displaced with 72 barrels of fresh water. 7 barrels of cement returned to surface. Cement then fell back to 22 feet from surface. They will top out tomorrow. |
0299456280 | 2019-04-10 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed this location is being prepped for frac. There is a disassembled aboveground storage tank onsite and several frac tanks. All wells on location have frac stacks on. 13.375x 9.625 annular pressure is zero and 9.625 x 5.5 annular pressure is 1000 psi. |
0989227957 | 2019-05-15 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed a FTS frac crew is on location tied into the 6H and 8H wells. Wireline is running in to perforate stage 5/53. Stage 5 plug is to be set at 18257 feet, with bottom perforation at 18246 feet and top perforation at 18105 feet. The 13.375x9.625 annular pressure is zero and the 9.625x5.5 annular pressure is 550 psi. |
1144054183 | 2019-04-22 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed FTS frac crew on location. They are tied into the 2h and 4h wells. They have not pumped a stage on this pad yet. They are currently finishing up with containment. There is an above ground storage tank for fresh water and twelve 350 barrel steel tanks for produced water, in their own containment. |
1362106966 | 2019-05-21 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed a FTS frac crew on location. They are currently tied into the 6H and 8H wells. They are pumping frac on stage 31/53. Stage 31 plug set at 13733, with bottom perforation at 13721 and top perforation at 13581. Stage design is approximately 5000 barrels of fluid and 230000 lbs total sand. Sand differentiation is 40000 lbs 100 mesh and 1900000 lbs of 30/70 mesh. Breakdown pressure was 8166 psi. 9.625x5.5 annular pressure is 525 psi. |
1723057972 | 2019-05-02 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed a FTS crew on location. They are currently tied into the 2H and 4H wells. FTS is doing an injection test on the 4H well. This well has not been opened up for frac. The 13.375x9.625 annular pressure was not viewed and the 9.625x5.5 annular pressure is 625 psi. |

2094923752 | 2018-10-12 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed the surface casing cement job. Falcon 26 drilled a 17.5 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 1421 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 30 inch diameter conductor casing to a depth of 100 feet. Wyoming Casing ran 1410 feet of 13.375 inch diameter casing, j-55, 61 lbs/foot with a 3 foot stick up. Casing was centralized with 12 centralizers. Shoe track is 44 feet long. CJ/Otex was onsite with 1415 sacks of class A cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.19. 40% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 207 barrels of fresh water. 35 barrels of gel pumped ahead of cement. 56 barrels of cement returned to surface, and floats held with 1 barrel back. |
