0210245647 2019-02-13 Completion Testing No Violations The inspection revealed the FTS service company is rigging equipment up. Universal well services were on site and there was issue with treating iron and fittings. The frac is currently at stage 50 of 67. I talked to William and Homer Bowman the consultants over the completions. They will call when they are up and running again.
0561466066 2018-11-28 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Patterson 577 drilled a 17.5 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 1610 feet. Wyoming Casing ran 1606 feet of 13.375 inch diameter casing, k-55, 61#/ft, with shoe at 1610. Shoe track is 45 feet long. Previous casing set was 18.625 inch diameter mine string to 320. CJ/Otex was on location with 1275 sacks of class A cement weighing 15.6 ppg and 1.19 yield. 40% excess ran in open hole. 35 barrels of gel and 5 barrels of water pumped ahead of cement. Cement displaced with 238 barrels of fresh water. 48 barrels of cement returned to surface weighing 12.7 ppg. Floats held with 1.5 barrels back.
0806189739 2019-05-07 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed a CWS stand alone snubbing unit onsite. This well has had all frac plugs drilled out and is awaiting flowback. 13.375x9.625 annular pressure is 0 psi and 9.625x5.5 annular pressure is 800 psi. Company man Gary Seago anticipates moving off of the pad by end of week.
0908459524 2019-06-05 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I was accompanied by Supervisor Eric Conrad. We witnessed that the pad is currently in flowback operations. There is no tubing in the well and it is producing out of the 5.5 inch diameter casing. The 13.375x9.625 annular pressure is 0 psi and the 9.625x5.5 annular pressure is 874 psi. Production casing has 5813 psi. Permanent production equipment onsite includes four line heaters, four GPUs, eight sand seperators, two 500 barrel steel tanks, and one combustor. Temporary flowback equipment includes two line heaters and two sand vessels.
1153800187 2019-01-14 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed a Universal frac crew on location. Currently wireline is running in the well bore to set stage 16 plug at 18859. Bottom perfs will be at 18847 and top perfs will be at 18707. Surface annular pressure is 0 and intermediate annular pressure is 230.
1257091585 2019-01-10 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed a Universal frac crew on lcoation. They are tied in to this well and the 2H well. At present wireline is coming out of the well. Stage 7 plug was set at 20443, with top perf at 20292 and bottom perf at 20432. Could not read surface annular gauge as there was pressure on the lines. Intermediate annular reads 227 from transducer.
1262123538 2018-12-20 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I was accompanied by Geologist Tammy Richards. Patterson 577 was drilling an 8.5 inch diameter hole at 17380 feet. Estimated total depth is 21544. Company man Burl Miller says current mud weight is 14.1 and they will reach total depth with 14.5 ppg. Whipstock forced kick off at 8755.
1537798284 2018-09-24 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the mine string cement job. Falcon 26 drilled a 24 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 320 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 30 inch diameter conductor casing to a depth of 100 feet. Wyoming casing ran 312 feet of 18.625 inch diameter casing, j-55, 87.5 lbs/foot with 4 foot stick up. Shoe track is 23.5 feet long. Cement Baskets were set at 235 feet. Void encountered at 261-272 feet. CJ/O-tex was onsite with 605 sacks of class A cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.2. 50% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 87 barrels of fresh water. 35 barrels of gel pumped ahead of cement. No cement returned to surface. 5 barrels of cement pumped down backside to set up on basket. Rig ran 180 feet of 1 inch diameter tubing. An additional 15 barrels of cement was pumped down backside after a 2 hour wait time. An additional 65 barrels pumped on last top out for a total of 85 barrels top out with 5 back to surface

1574838416 2019-05-16 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the drill out crew is no longer on location. The 13.375x9.625 annular pressure is 0 psi and the 9.625x5.5 annular pressure is 1500 psi. Contractors are onsite placing production trees on the wells.

Contractor are onsite installing production equipment.
