0182672436 2018-10-01 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the surface casing cement job. Falcon 26 drilled a 17.5 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 1590 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 18.625 inch diameter mine string casing to a depth of 308 feet. Wyoming Casing ran 1581 feet of 13.375 inch diameter casing, j-55, 61 lbs/foot. Casing was centralized with 13 centralizers. Shoe track is 41.5 feet long. CJ/Otex was onsite with 1270 sacks of class A cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.19. 50% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 234 barrels of fresh water. 35 barrels of gel pumped ahead of cement. 34 barrels of cement returned to surface, and floats held with 1 barrel back. Identified myself to Company man Randy Shepard.
0374878253 2018-10-15 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Patterson 577 drilling an 8.5 inch diameter hole at 8762 feet. Identified myself to company man Cecil Lovell. Rig cemented 9.625 inch diameter casing over the weekend using a 2 stage job. Shoe is at 8645 and DV tool was at 4487. No cement returned on first stage and 15 barrels of spacer to surface. Second stage had 40 barrels of cement and 40 barrels of spacer returned to surface. Cecil said that the mud engineer told him the rig lost 102 barrels of oil base mud on the first stage circulation. Rig is drilling with 11ppg mud and will landed curve with 13.5 ppg mud
0480192650 2019-06-05 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I was accompanied by Supervisor Eric Conrad. We witnessed that the pad is currently in flowback operations. There is no tubing in the well and it is producing out of the 5.5 inch diameter casing. The 13.375x9.625 annular pressure is 50 psi and the 9.625x5.5 annular pressure is 264 psi. Production casing has 5700 psi. Permanent production equipment onsite includes four line heaters, four GPUs, eight sand seperators, two 500 barrel steel tanks, and one combustor. Temporary flowback equipment includes two line heaters and two sand vessels.
